Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026 · Applies to this website. The Tempo product is governed by the service agreement your organisation signs.
Who we are
This website is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("Tempo", "we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
What this website collects
As little as we can manage, and all of it is listed here.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. Logs are retained for a short rolling window and are not used for profiling.
- Demo requests. The "Book a demo" button opens your own email client. Anything you then send us arrives as ordinary email: your address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you and for no other purpose.
- Nothing else. This site runs without analytics scripts, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. See the cookie policy.
What the Tempo product collects
The product is a separate thing from this website and is only ever deployed for an organisation under a signed agreement, which includes a data-processing addendum. In brief, and subject to that agreement: the product collects coding-agent session data and git metadata from company-designated repositories only. It does not capture screenshots, keystrokes, browsing history or general desktop activity, and employees can view and delete the data held about them. Full details are provided to customers before deployment.
Legal bases and your rights
For website data we rely on legitimate interest (running a secure website and answering enquiries you send us).
- If you are in the United Kingdom, you have rights under UK data protection law, including access, correction, erasure and objection. Write to us and we will respond within the statutory period. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
- If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.
- Everyone else: write to us anyway. We apply the same standards regardless of where you live.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Website data is shared only with our hosting and email providers, acting on our instructions, or where the law requires it. Those providers are based in the United States; where UK data is transferred there, we rely on the UK-approved safeguards our providers offer.
Retention
Server logs are kept for a short rolling window. Demo enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, plus a reasonable period afterwards, and deleted on request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. Material changes to how the product handles data are communicated to customers directly.
